I am trying to figure out the best way to run the outlet hose from my electric bilge pump , For some reason I don't want to T it into my Hand bilge pump outlet hose
Would recommend new skin fitting keeping inside diameter same all the way through. If you need water out of the bilge fast last thing you want to do is choke it
I'm sure whatever you choose it will be better than my primal rig with pipes hanging over the gunwales lol
I'd do the three way T-piece, but put two non return valves so the pumping doesn't get backfed.

I tried a single outlet with T piece and non return valves once. The bilge pump did not generate enough pressure to unseat the non return valve. Possibly a bigger pump would have helped, but I did not try this.
If you want a single skin fitting then I would place the T piece after the manual pump and before the skin fitting. This arrangement probably would not require any non return valves.
I think Ill set it up similar to this but just the lower pump for now and add a new seacock for its own outlet. Just didn't like to cut and T off the big hand pump it has around 1 1/4 id hose on it.; Every time Im on the boat I have been looking at it and keep thinking about the bloody thing
