What is this boat???

Hello!
I was hoping one of the knowledgable people on this forum could help me figure out what this poor neglected boat is ... I want to buy one for the kids and I like the layout. I don't see many boats wiht the lengthways seats and the little stowage compartments at the front and of course the ability to have a sail.

It looks like a Corsair 16' dinghy.

Not a Corsair, raced one for 4 years. A Corsair has a rear bouyancy tank plus the inside transom corner is not rounded. Also the corsair didn't have the chine at the transom.

Really got me stumped that one!!!

definitely a vagabond used as a training boat for schools i bought 3 last year "another project" if anyone's interested going cheap
