Why one who has a plateful of clean fresh seafood makes a mess out of it by covering it with carbohydrates and frying it in oil or fat is beyond me.? Just a grill and a big plate of greens chased by a glass of cool white would be my choice.??

That looks like a good feed with your Magna Webber , crumbed seafood in vegetable oil takes just a few minutes to cook and is as healthy if not better than roasted chicken.
