Just got home after packing up our stand at the AWBF.
If you haven't been, and I don't care if you're a plastic boat enthusiast, this event is simply a must for every boaty!!
All the vendors say it's the best boat show in the country and I met people from every state in Australia as well as San Diego, Netherlands, Austria and NZ.
As for business, anyone know a bit about rigging and wants a job in Tassie?! Probably 20 furlers sold (a few deposits taken), at least 5 re-rigs and countless other smaller jobs, all to be done this year!!

So book your accommodation now for 2021 so you can get somewhere in walking distance:))

Leaving our last anchorage before sailing around the bottom and into Storm Bay and Nubena our boats home port back in the 1920's.


Tim decided to leave the topsail up even though the wind had picked up a bit. He likes to let the spectators at the sail past for the opening of the festival get an idea ofhowStorm Baycan sail. She's quite a powerfull boat!
