Wow, he can reef the main too, I like that idea!!

To look at it I wouldn't have thought he'd have enough weight on the front wheel but the steering looks as though its responding ok.

It looks like a Seagull Logo on the sail and right at the end of the clip it looks like he was switching the ignition off.

Blokart tout their product as being para friendly and they had a couple of Melbourne blokarters who are paraplegic.

No doubt you will spout something out of your head that will take us all by surprise.

looke at it again. Its not like JPK to build something that doesnt look sleek .
I looks to me that the whole under slung bit can be adjusted or becomes a ramp?
If hes sitting squashed up like that there is a reason for it
Im sure hes taking the steering wheel off at the end

Sorry, I misunderstood you. I thought you were saying YOU were going to build one for paraplegics. But yes the Sail Kart does look a bit that way.

I have mailed to JP to ask about this. My suspicion it's a prototype for something. Having been in the factory for some weeks, sort of working, I can assure you there are (were) lots of experiments, some of which made it no further. The first Standart proto certainly was not sleek, but proved a concept. He thinks, designs, builds and then redesigns, just like most of the rest of us. He just has the luxury to be able to build all his concepts!

I got the reply from JP K last night about this. Was built at Saegull by one of his "studying engineers" as a project, it is JP sailing, the guy has now gone on his own to be a manufacturer.
