hey Guys after a bit of advise. i'm new to kitting and was wondering where the best locations to sail westerly winds around brisbane area??

Hope u weren't the guy I walked past at the Goldy with his kite gear ready to be pumped up in a Wly!

Wello works in Westerly.
So does Scarborough or Bribie Island from memory.

I've been headin out to Bribie Island last couple of Westerly days. Winds pretty shaky there but nice lil spot if you're desperate! I've found if you check the local town's current readings, its most likely on if its reading a good W SW. www.weather.com.au/qld/bongaree/current
