Hi guys. Can someone please give me a heads up on Sandgate conditions. I'll be in the area this weekend and there looks a chance of some NE's, just a chance though. When is a good time? Incoming, outgoing, mid-tide etc?
Thanks in advance.

Mid incoming tide on a NE is the pick. High tide gets sloppy and take a packed lunch to get to the water at low tide. Steer clear of the lessons there which can be heaps if the wind is on and most instructors there dont believe in teaching down wind of others so it's easier to keep clear of them.
