Im recently new to Brisbane, after being restricted to my couch for weeks with a back injury, I have decided to take up a new challenge, Im looking for a kite surfing teacher, to teach me the ins and outs of kite surfing and get me on the water.
Recovering from a back injury might not be the best time to take up kiteboarding. Maybe during recovery learn to fly a small stunt kite or trainer until your back is 100%
If your near Brighton beach maybe head down there and watch one windy day, surprising how much you can learn from watching and asking opinions from the local kiters. Then when your back is better jump in for your lessons.
Hey. I recommend Lyatte from Kitepower. She's a great instructor and its good to have another female. I've only just started too. Be happy to meet u at the beach sometime and we can trash ourselves together.
