Question regarding closed beaches

Not sure if this can be answered but the council has closed alot of the beaches around Brisbane, Sandgate, Redcliffe because of the state they have been in. i have found it to be the case that if you have an accident at a closed beach your insurance will obviously not cover you because your using the area at your own risk. So are any of the closed beaches back open as yet.

the beach up here at Beachmere has no signs on it, just need to wait till there is enough room to launch from the shore at Phillip st
