It's a herbal extract, ie from Marigold (flower) plants.
Homeopathy is a specific name for airy fairy treatments involving diluting the stuff that's causing your problem (chopped up jellyfish in this case) in water to such a ridiculous level that not a single atom of the original remains. Followed up with some ritual banging and shaking. Somehow the water then magically remembers stuff that used to be in it and cures you.
Homeopathy does not mean
herbal remedy,
natural medicine etc. The words are not interchangeable.
