Hi guys!
Its time to buy my own equipment but I could need some help...
I havent tried a lot of different kites since I am still a beginner,
means its hard to tell the small little differences between kites...
furthermore i can not tell if i wanna go freestyle/wake/wave (...)
I am 1.80cm with 75ish kg (after christmas a bit more)
when I go to a shop they recommend to buy new equipment.. but does it really make sense to buy a new 2014 rebell, instead of using a second hand kite until i know in wich direction I wanna go..?
second question is the size.. of course it dependa on the kite but how will be te average wind along the eastcoast during the summer?

I thought about a rebell (11m) a bandit (11), or a core (10.5m)..but I dont know nothing.. just wanna go surf every day from Now on! :/
thx for your help guys..

For your first kite go for a late model second hand kite, take a friend that kites with you to inspect if looking at a private sale - other wise buy from a shop.

Your on the money size wise 10-12m for 75kg & get an all rounder Switchblade/Bandit/Catalyst ect.
