In WA Paramotoring is more practical than paragliding as there are not so many hill around to launch.

What about wind gusts arround all those buildings ?

Normally for flying in between the objects as buildings, trees, bridges etc we choosing the windless days (less than 5 knots) to avoid mechanical turbulence.
But if you wanna fly in open space any thing less than 18 knots is alright.
