To be truthfull lofty helped me a great deal with my initial kiting form , and despite the general consensus about the man , he did ( does ) a lot of good for a lot of people that really want to get into this sport ! Hard to know who the real lofty is with so many impersonators and his uncanny ability to transform and camouflage at short notice but Lofty has left the building .

holy crap I got a shock when you guys outed lofty. Turns out he was one of the dudes who I would talk to on the beach. The first time I met him was when I was starting out. I asked him for a launch, he said no, then he just stared at me for like five seconds when I was about to tell him to get fxxxxx he offered to teach me to self launch. I said I knew how just wasn't confident and he stood by my kite while I practiced so he could grab it if I stuffed it. He's actually a nice guy in person. Anyway don't believe me and add me to the list of lofty avatars.
