The bag and the bar are 2013, can't see the kite.

The last of the two-line depower IDS models, only improvement was valve cap and maybe graphics
the manufacture date is usually inside one of the wingtips, anything beyond mid 2012 would make it a 2013 model.
I would guess that slingshot pump is about 8 years old

Needs a new Leading edge blatter. Kite is still in great condition other than that.

call a few shops if you can find one at all you'll be lucky. what size is it or is that also classified?
