From the Vid looks like Kai was using a regular surf board!! Maybe with a proper Race Board he could have won a it was not much behind...

True Kai's good at what he does but, he's not good at everything, a proper race kite and race board setup and that nice boat would have never of caught up on that short a race distance, maybe on a long distance where fatigue and weather changes the conditions yes, disappointing definately think there needs to be a rematch against a top 10 kite racer :)

Lets face it. Its a redbull publicity stunt as apposed to a real race.
Those yachts are insane tho.
