I made this over a week during Christmas 2011. It is my first attempt, and I am not entirely happy with it, but imp over playing with it. I know this is probably a bad place to put it seeing as everyone can be Negasaurus rexe's on these forums, But I am after constructive criticism, not negative. Cheers.

Nice video, tough to keep most people's attention for over 7 minutes but you got mine. Looks like a lot of thought went into figuring out a story to tell and really mixing up the content (different shots/angles etc) to keep it fresh.

Some things to consider (just my POV so take or leave it) - first soundtrack seemed at odds with the visuals - it was high energy & pace while the visual was far more laid back. The second track seemed more in sync with the video pace. I saw you'd done a lot of work on the transitions (nice) but not sure if you used a stabiliser program to get rid of camera shake? May be worthwhile to use if you haven't. Some of the footage the movement was way too wild but others it could have helped smooth it.

Great stuff - I've got to try a dog cam after seeing how good yours worked.

Wow the LOVE between a dog and a human so strong.

I cried through most of that.

I didn't see the wife, was she in the Kitchen or on the sea bed.

A bloke's wife goes missing while diving off the West Australian Coast

He reports the event, searches fruitlessly and spends a terrible night
wondering what could have happened to her.
Next morning there's a knock at the door and he is confronted by a
couple of policemen, the old Sarge and a younger Constable.
The Sarge says, 'Mate, we have some news for you, unfortunately some
really bad news, but, some good news, and maybe some more good news'.

'Well,' says the bloke, 'I guess I'd better have the bad news first?'
The Sarge says, 'I'm really sorry mate, but your wife is dead.
Young Bill here found her lying at about five fathoms in a little
cleft in the reef. He got a line around her and we pulled her up, but
she was dead.'

The bloke is naturally distressed to hear of this and has a bit of a turn.
But after a few minutes he pulls himself together and asks what the
good news is.

The Sarge says, 'Well when we got your wife up there were quite a few
really good sized lobsters and a swag of nice crabs attached to her,
so we've brought you your share.'
He hands the bloke a bag with a couple of nice lobsters and four or
five crabs in it.
'Geez thanks. They're bloody beauties. I guess it's an ill wind and all that...
So what's the other possible good news?

'Well', the Sarge says, 'if you fancy a quick trip, me and young Bill
here get off duty at around 11 o'clock and we're gonna shoot over
there and pull her up again

Respectfully disagree, I reckon it was a good match. I can imagine if I was a dog chasing a stick something like that would be my personal soundtrack. That's just my opinion, everyone's got one.

Thanks for the big UPS guys, I wasn't expecting that! I barley use this forum due to the negativity it often contains. George is going great guns Tom, I don't see him much anymore as I'm working in the pilbra, but he remembers me and loves me the same every time I come home, even after 2 years in south, centrall and north America. He is the only true to man owner dog I know.
