Just looking at the add it says physio and massage assessment , so if you turn up with a stiffy, what's the chance of a rub down or do they assess it?

Very likely mate... but you've got to start somewhere. I have no intentions of racing at this stage as I don't consider myself anywhere at an appropriate level, and I don't want to be the guy in the middle tangling up all the champs lines eheheh. But for me it's an opportunity to see how it's actually done, lots to learn.

Everyone will have their reasons - me? I'm going for the fun and the experience. Great reason to visit a new town. I'm a waves nut and flat water turns my insides out but the learning content will be invaluable. I can't get that kind of exposure to the high levels of riding ability where I live

That looks like toe side foiling in your pic, I think that qualifiers you for racing. The best place to learn is on the course, give it crack mate.
