All I can say to that is that it is a wonderful true depiction of what this man really is, as the last guy said " DICKHEAD".

God help us if this is the best we can do as Prime Minister.

Yep I am sure I will get lots of negatives for my response, but please bear in mind that he actually said those things. Sure they may have been taken out of context but they were still said.

And no I didn't vote for him.

Cheers.
ET.

It's telling that people are looking back nostalgically at the good old days when we had PM's we could respect, like Julia Gillard, and John Howard and Bob Hawke.

Even Rudd earned some respect with the apology and his image of being a super-nerd. All Tony can do is ride a bike, and scare people.

It will be interesting to see how Tony gets on with Obama. The usual form is our PM goes to visit the US and becomes best mates with the President. Howard and Bush because of their shared conservatism. Rudd and Obama because of Rudd's ostentatious intellect. Gillard and Obama because they were both the "first".

That's irrelevant. The usual diplomatic form is "Youse are our best mate eva!" Now we have a PM who is a known knob, and is politically the polar opposite to Obama. Will they just give him a polite welcome? Or will we get the "best mate" thing again? Or something else?
