Warm front approaching? Actually I would be happy if it never got above 20 degrees C ever again. I wish to be born in Stockholm for my next life.
Rain is approaching? Weekend of February 29+30, as well as the following weekend, Sydney got a widespread soaking... can thin clouds at 7000m influence precipitation to reach the ground anyway?

I align Mare's Tails with the picturesque cooling of Autumn.

Use seduction techniques for a win-win outcome?

What has mare's tails got to do with recessions?
Ummm,.. perhaps you better mention the r word so we know what you're on about.
recession, ribflavin, rolex, ripper, ragtime, rats ass, rubbers, rickets, rednecks, racing,.. so many to choose from.

This bloke also noticed it didn't rain much in Perth

www.nytimes.com/2014/03/02/travel/catching-perths-wave-in-western-australia.html

If you like wind, Western Australia would be the destination to consider very seriously. It's also quite nice wind notwithstanding. I choose to live there when I live in Australia despite it being nowhere near my family or where I grew up. A lot of tourists go to the east coast because 85% of the population is there, like the zone within 200km of the US border in Canada, but the wind on that side isn't as strong and consistent. Consistent up in North Queensland in tradewind season, but not as strong.

Having said that, the east coast is nice too, I enjoy visiting it. Melbourne is very cosmopolitan, coastal NSW is very pleasant, Queensland is even more pleasant and Tasmania is meant to be nice - that's the only part of Australia I haven't been to. WA is my pick though.
