Actually I will take that back. The article went on to say that getting sexually excited is equivalent to an aerobic workout....so me too since my early teens!! Unfortunately not too much looking at breasts in the flesh in those days though.

Well it stands to reason boys...
Staring at breasts lowers the blood pressure and makes you feel good cause it reminds you of you mum.
