This looks sort of right and it works ok but when you rip the taped up paper off it tears the sheet.

Not sure if it was assembled correctly either.

well firstly paper should be on toothed side, that's what rips it cleanly

I'll go with mark, the paper should be torn across those teeth, but it's not immediately obvious how to do that. Turning that toothed section over will present the teeth to the paper. But is there anything there for the paper to run over if you do?

I used the paper dispenser thingo today, I just didn't use the spring that holds the paper and ripped the sheets out as needed. I centred the roll and modified the tape feeder so it didn't get out of true while I was pulling the sheets out.

It looks crap in this photo but worked well, only took about 1.5 hours to tape this trailer up.

Is there a better way or a new school approach to this type of job. As you can see I just threw old blankets and sheets Over the wheels. Rough but once again works. Sprayed the rail and rolled the deck with 2 pac valspar PU

It's an extendable container trailer. I'm fairly new to it but I would say it takes two 40 footers, as its was 15 metres to start.

The guys I worked with would spray the deck with paving paint....? Don't know much about that but mate. If you are going to brushbwheel, grind, And prep steel..takes time right, hit it with the best. 40 bucks per 4 litre or the 2 pac valpsar was 150 with thinners etc. it takes 5 days cure but is super tough and looks tops mate, actually I woulndt bother with cold and enamel, waste of time,. That's just my opinion only.

The valspar paint reps say..no need to cold gal, will adhere to bare steel?

That saves so much time and money.

I've sparayed / rolled/ welded the blue square tube we use to manufacturer brackets etc and The two pack rocks, even been hitting it with a hammer to test it, the two pack is really strong. I would like to hear any experiences from welders/sprayers who are in the know. Thanks again
