Famed Brazilian Marcilio Browne gives the Four Dimensions boys the lowdown on his life right now?

Fourth place finisher in the recent Cabo Verde World Cup; Marcilio Browne is one of the most diverse young talents on the PWA wave and freestyle tours right now.

Currently filming for the movie project, Four Dimensions, scheduled for release later in the year, the movie's production crew pinned down the multi discipline maestro to grab the low-down on what's happening in his world right now:

Q: You had a near perfect start to the PWA wave season with a 4th place in Cabo Verde. Are you aiming to reach the podium next?

MB: Cape Verde was a really good result for me. That puts me in a good position for the start of the season, but right now i am not thinking about rankings too much. I'll train hard and do my best to get good results, but we'll just have to wait and see what happens!

Q: How much time do you usually spend training for waves and freestyle?

MB: Here in Maui our routine is really intense. We usually sail 3 or 4 hours in the waves everyday, sometimes even a bit more. If there are no waves, i usually sail the same amount in freestyle. Lately i have been doing a lot more wavesailing. I also do yoga 4 times a week and take supplements that really help keep my energy levels up.

Q: Can you talk us through a typical day of filming?

MB: It normally looks like sailing from 11 until 5, trying a lot of different angles and many new ideas we have. I can't say too much, you'll have to check out the movie!

Q: What are your plans for the next few months?

MB: After Maui i go to Egypt for 3 weeks. Then maybe to Venezuela if there is a contest there. If not, i will just go to the canaries in early June and stay there training before all the events. After that I'll go to the south of Brazil to practice some port tack wave sailing.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?

MB: Doing the wave tour and sailing sick waves around the world, hopefully!!
