Light winds have again had a major impact on racing on day four of the Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championship in Istanbul Turkey with crews spending the morning waiting for the breeze to fill in before finally being able to race late in the day. The OAMPS Insurance Brokers Australian Youth Sailing Team 420 boys crew of Angus Galloway and Alex Gough were the big movers on day four with their second place race finish catapulting them from their overnight ninth to fourth overall.
