Tornado World Championship Day 2. Another two bullets for Bundock and Ashby.

Another great day's sailing for the Tornado fleet sailing on Lake Garda, in the waters near Gargnano and Toscolano-Maderno.

The racing area was moved to the north end of the lake and according to British sailor Paul Mines 'it was a fantastic sight to see 17 Tornados being towed up behind the RC boat'.

Another typical Lake Garda track, where the gains were on the right in close to the cliffs.

Two more wins today for Australians Darren Bundock and and birthday boy, Glenn Ashby who admits to turning 32 today.

In the first race of the day, fellow Australian Andrew McPherson led race two but was passed by Bundock and Ashby on the last gybe on the second run.

Bundock who looked to be in doubt for this event because of his knee injury pulled up a little sore after the first day's racing but was better today.

He commented today 'Out on the trapeze on starboard it's a little testing but apart from that, my knee is fine.'

The 39 Tornados from 11 different countries are supposed to be back racing on Wednesday at 08h00 if the wind conditions allow.
