'Which flares are right for YOUR boat?' .
Marine and Safety Tasmania are holding a boating safety demonstration day on Franklin Wharf, Hobart, just near where the fleet tie up after the Rolex Sydney to Hobart Race on Friday 27th November at 1200 hours.

Hobarts office workers that are interested in or are recreational boating enhtusiasts will be able to take advantage of their lunchtime to see some action on the water front in Hobart.

Included in the boating safefy day will be a demonstration by a helicopter rescue team, flare displays, Surf Life displays along with other displays including inflatable life jackets, PWC display and the like.

To go with all the waterfront action, prizes will be drawn on the day with one of them being a 406 PLB.
