Interest is high in the performance of the 50fter fleet in the 2009 Coastal Classic. Soon after the start, the Bakewell-White design Wired (Rob Bassett) looked to have the measure of the fleet, however there was a long way left to sail. Georgia Racing, with a smaller spinnaker was also well placed.
