Melbourne presented another beautiful day for Heat 2 of the 47th Flying Fifteen Australian National Championship. The first race of the day started at 12.05pm with a single individual recall soiling an otherwise flawless start. Unfortunately, the recalled boat **** (yes, that's the boat name!) went on to cross the finish line first, without realising he was the 'one'. That left second to finish Ark Gekko a very happy camper.

Trevor Williams on Good Thing once again won the Silver division, improving his fleet placement to an impressive 9th by opting for the left hand side of the course. First Classic Feel Flows also gained a few places on yesterday's performance, coming 22nd overall.

Heat 3 saw more start-line problems. A general recall on the first start was followed by the black flag for the second - which was AP'd seconds before the gun due to the many unidentified boats being in the forbidden triangle. The next start resulted in another general recall and six unfortunate boats being BFD'd and out of the game for the day.

Great Britain's Steve Goacher on TBA won Heat 3, with the Australia's No Bull and Escalator in second and third, respectively.
